"Strict hours. I don't like the work I have to do-- it's very dry and I'm not passionate about it. I don't see a potential for growth here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is doing a great job. They have the company figured out. Many people are happy here for a long time-- I just don't fit as well. I can come here and do my work adequately but I don't see myself shining here. It's not bringing out the best of me. I think there are a couple extra bodies in positions that don't need to be there."

"I loved working for Easton because I was given the responsibility of looking after all 6 websites that the company owned. It really pushed my abilities and help me grow. Furthermore, it gave me the opportunity to be hands on with every aspects of design for an e-commerce website."

"It is very important to be a team player, as this is a tight-knit family."

"There was a lack of communication amongst different departments. I don't think the company understand the position of the web team, and how to utilize them."
