"Some of the problems never got solved, it was just dropped."

"I am working on Kodak since 2004 and it’s a wonderful place to work. Respect and proud are the basic for anyone here. Unfortunately, due the market change and the due the country economic situation, there are a head count reduction and it’s getting closer. I would like to take a chance keep moving forward learning and growing up. I still have a lot to do, a lot to learn and to give and to receive"

"I hope it thrives after bankruptcy because it is a good company. My personal advice would be to wait until it is out of Chapter 11."

What don't you like about working at Eastman Kodak?

"It's in a declining business so the morale has been low for a while."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's too late to grow the digital camera business because the market has shifted to smart phones. We should have leaped beyond cameras a decade ago."
