Management has always been very open, honest, and informative about upcoming events and current events that may or may not impact my employment. Eagle Creek has always encouraged its employees to improve our skill sets. My last project ended at the beginning of June - and Eagle Creek has allowed me to be on the bench. I really appreciate it - because they don't have to."
