"Traveling 40+ weeks a year and not being provided the proper support to complete a project."

"Provide the resources and support to directors and team leads to complete a project as long as they are on time and under budget."

"Freedom on projects, and also the right to work as much overtime as you wanted."

"Make sure that you visit the place of work you are applying for, because I did not and I strongly regret it."

"We were a safety company and we were contracted to basically create a safety culture and companies, but we did not have one ourselves."

"To have better comunication skills, and to make sure that the employees are taken care of ."
