"I've had a lot of consulting assignments and permanent positions over my 40+ year career. A few I can say I have actually enjoyed, and this is certainly one of them. I'm challenged, but not overwhelmed. They set goals designed to stretch but not break you. And the professionalism is on par with AT&T at its best. The respect they show for one another is just the icing on the proverbial cake. I hope to retire from here."

"The fact they outsourced so many things and did not maintain good quality control. The fact that they keep certain managers that manage in a negative way and have bad reputations at the expense of excellent staff."

"Really look at your 360 degree reviews of anyone who manages and if there is a three year trend of issues move that person into a non managment role....leopards do not change their spots."
