"Could be a good company, too many clueless people in charge. Supervisors and managers know nothing of sourcing or procurement. They just jump from job to job. Fired from four different companies in the oil gas field in the last 10 years for incompetence."

"I have been here for 5 years. Was happy until they hired our new manager. I worked at Siemens water when our new manager was there. I left for dye after several years. Our manager was hired late last year. I am waiting for the axe to fall. I know our manager lied to get the job, truth is he was fired from siemens, and 4 other companies in the last 10 years. He is incompetent and throws all the employees under the bus. He cannot do the job, and pushed his work off on you, then blames you for not getting things done. "This company has a highly educated workforce. To be able to work for this company you need work experience and higher education course work - preferrably a degree. College work should focus on engineering at all levels. And being personable helps."

"There is not as much opportunities for advancement in my position as would be ideal."

"Suggest opportunities for advancement and development outside of the normal work area. Beyond that, management has made advancements in improving the work environment."

"Management was not always effective at managing the engineering groups, and many employees were unhappy and left the company."

"Try to be more involved with the employees, and hire more people when others leave. There were not enough people in the group to cover all the work required."
