"Wonderful experience. I worked here for 2 years and loved every day."
"DTE Energy is overall a good company when it comes to work, experience and, culture. Upper management tries to make sure that we, the interns are always happy, getting the most out of our internship terms, and overall learning the correct material to be able to succeed in completing projects."
"Worked at DTE Energy Trading from 2013 to November 2013. Over my time there I saw over 35 individuals come and go. There was extremely high turn over. There are more managers necessary in IT than members managed. Corporate life style was apparent... That is leaders were always looking for the next scapegoat. The people were friendly and the pay was great, just be careful of the corporate drudgery."
"The specific division that I was in at DTE's student program was a great learning experience."
"I've worked for DTE energy for 2 years as a student programmer. I would say overall it was a great experience. I worked under a student program, while I'm not sure about the other sections of that program, the programming aspect was very informative. I learned a lot."
"A strong great profitable company with hundreds and probably thousands of employees. The people I personally worked with were great coworkers and great help. Only problem I don't like is there was a lot of politics going on."
"DTE Energy Services is part of the larger DTE Energy corporation and is adversely impacted by burdensome bureaucratic rules and regulations of a regulated utility, making it difficult or impossible to perform well within the deregulated sector."
"I've worked for DTE since September."
"I'm a long term satisfied employee who has had a wonderful and varied career with this company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be open to non-conventional jobs. The opportunities here are unique. You should present yourself as willing to try new things and learn new skills."
What don't you like about working at DTE Energy?
"Storm work is an inconvenient but necessary requirement for all jobs. I'm beyond the age where I seek out overtime opportunities."
