"Nothing really. I was offered a better sallary and bennifits at another place and wish I hadn't left now."

"Demand better quality parts/components from vendors or get other vendors. Could also return to making those parts yourself."

"I was able to work on many design projects with engineers, manufacturing, shop personel, and customers. The people were great to work with."

"Be willing to take on new oportunities and work with a large team of people to complete projects."

"Dresser Rand has done a lot of down sizing over the years, it always made me wonder if they would just close the doors."
