"I worked for Drager Medical Systems for a short period of time. Although, I had an opportunity to learn a lot and explore and enhance my skills as a Project Manager. My boss and my co-workers always supported me and appreciated the way I took the initiative for all tasks."

"I have worked for Draeger for almost 2 years. The people and work/life balance are good. On the other hand, the process, the management, the office layout and the products are all below average compared to all my previous experiences. Old technology, very hard to change, extremely slow to adapt new technologies. You will absolutely learn nothing new working for Draeger. Interacting with your German counterparts is an art on itself and usually associated with a lot of tension."

"I would not like to change anything about the company."

"I have no suggestion as they are doing a fantastic job."

"The people I work direclty with are great and want to make a difference unfortunialy there hands are always tied."

"Keep looking, unless you just want some experience in the Medical device industry and plan to move on in two years."

"No leadership at any level. No clear direction. Everything is a knee jerk reation."

"Hire some people who know how to Manage and are willing to do the difficult parts of being a manager rather then just the easy stuff. Hold people accountable for once."

"Nice people to work with. Good technologies and benefits not bad."

"Make certain you know exactly what you are getting into."

"Everyone is stretched to thin in their jobs. It is a very stressful environment. Not enough resources to get the job done. No training is available."

"Provide some employee training. Also, provide some management training. Hire more people to get the work done."
