3.5I have worked for Draeger for almost 2 years. The people and work/life balance are good. On the other hand, the process, the management, the office layout and the products are all below average compared to all my previous experiences. Old technology, very hard to change, extremely slow to adapt new technologies. You will absolutely learn nothing new working for Draeger. Interacting with your German counterparts is an art on itself and usually associated with a lot of tension.
Product management can not be done in isolation. Removing our contact with sales and with the customer is nothing but detrimental. Situation analysis is great but at some point decisions have to be made.
2.4Hire some people who know how to Manage and are willing to do the difficult parts of being a manager rather then just the easy stuff. Hold people accountable for once.
