"Keep looking, unless you just want some experience in the Medical device industry and plan to move on in two years."

"No leadership at any level. No clear direction. Everything is a knee jerk reation."

"Hire some people who know how to Manage and are willing to do the difficult parts of being a manager rather then just the easy stuff. Hold people accountable for once."

"Nice people to work with. Good technologies and benefits not bad."

"Make certain you know exactly what you are getting into."

"Everyone is stretched to thin in their jobs. It is a very stressful environment. Not enough resources to get the job done. No training is available."

"Provide some employee training. Also, provide some management training. Hire more people to get the work done."
