"Most days included late evening hours and we consistently gave up 3 weekends per month to help the builder owned company meet sales and production goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more aware of the fact there were too many loans being looked at by too few underwriters and management was detached from the day to day underwriting challenges that existed in the dept."
