"Make sure there is a full-time need for your specific discipline within the company. They will force fit people if it doesn't."

What don't you like about working at Dow Corning?

"They hired me to fill the role of Materials Engineering consultant, which was new to their company. As it turned out, they did not have support for someone in that role full time and wanted me to fill Mechanical Engineering roles as well, which was not my discipline. I left to pursue work within my discipline."

"Make committments to people you interview that you intend to live up to."
