"The rapid change of culinary department managers greatly affected department morale and team member loyalty."

"Listen to your team members concerns and be empathetic to their needs."

"The fast paced environment. With two restaurants, banquets, room service and bar menus we were always busy, and it was a variety of different kinds of menus so I never got bored."

"The long 12 hours managers work schedules with 8 hour turn arounds six days a week."

"Listen to staff and not say because I said so, I am the boss."
