"This property was my introduction to Hilton hotel corporation and allowed me to obtain the knowledge that I needed to advance within the culinary field. The close proximity to home was an added benefit."

"The rapid change of culinary department managers greatly affected department morale and team member loyalty."

"Listen to your team members concerns and be empathetic to their needs."

What do you like about working at Doubletree?

"The fast paced environment. With two restaurants, banquets, room service and bar menus we were always busy, and it was a variety of different kinds of menus so I never got bored."

"You have to love what you do."
