"I have been here since 1998 and it is a good place to work for. The hours are good and can be hectic though at times when it is rush time."

"I worked for Domino's while pursuing my undergrad; I started out as a part timer with just a few hours a week and moved up to working semi full-time with just under 30 hours/week. The compensation was in line with the sort of work you needed to do; it was, however, exhausting at times, and unless you are OK with doing this sort of work, doing this long term is very taxing."

"Domino's is a good, strong company. They are trying to do the right things. The business is doing very well and the workplace environment is the best you'll find in Michigan. However, there is no room to improve or move up, they vastly under compensate their core employees, and the desired technology just isn't there yet. The leadership have a lot of power to make very poor decisions and stumble around many projects. There is a high amount of employee turnover. It was unsatisfying."

"It's a great second job, but not a good full-time job. Also you will be working with soul crushed minimum wage slaves whose only opportunity for a raise is to get promoted, which the process of getting one is incredibly biased."

"Good pay but poor company focus on its people. Company continues to move out experienced leaders to bring in lower paid regional Managers."

"I've worked for Dominos since November but I am quickly regretting it. Me and a former co-worker have noticed the blatant favoritism over here. For example, I and another co-worker have been here the same exact time doing the same exact stuff. Yet she gets promoted to the makeline before I do. And there is another co-worker who's been here one week less and is also getting promoted to the makeline before me. I'm also not appreciated for my hard work. DO NOT WORK HERE!"

What don't you like about working at Domino's Pizza?

"My store is soooooo slow, drivers fight over driving and I'm new there, rude!!! And do not want to train you. I'm telling you they don't want to help you. I cried my eyes out today, I only made 2$ all night because all everyone did was fight over who was going out. It sucks, like I've never felt so upset working for a place, and I'm not really good at Domino's. I've never been a driver before but like I said, I'm new and I've cried like 4 times on the road because I know how they are when we are late, but my GPS sucks, makes me late :((, and my boss doesn't really care. Probably why the store's losing money so bad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take the time to spend with the crew, try to up sell on every order and help when needed."
