"I've worked for Domino's for 3 years now. I enjoy working there because I love interacting with customers. Although the pay is minimum wage, receiving tips as a delivery driver makes up for that. The job keeps me occupied due to all the different tasks I must perform on a daily basis. I work very hard and I perform my job exceptionally well; however, the general manager does not acknowledge that. It is a bit upsetting, but I still come to work every day with a positive attitude and it doesn't affect my work whatsoever. In fact, it motivates me to work harder to try and impress him. Overall, however, I would recommend working at Dominoes."

"I worked for Domino's while pursuing my undergrad; I started out as a part timer with just a few hours a week and moved up to working semi full-time with just under 30 hours/week. The compensation was in line with the sort of work you needed to do; it was, however, exhausting at times, and unless you are OK with doing this sort of work, doing this long term is very taxing."

For example, I and another co-worker have been here the same exact time doing the same exact stuff. Yet she gets promoted to the makeline before I do. "They didn't offer that many hours for part time, they will send you home whenever it slows down."
