"Being a documentation specialist has given me the ability to work on several projects and work with a very advanced software platform. I don't hate anything about this job but I would enjoy the opportunity to expand my role and partner with our internal IT team to be an Administrator for new projects."

"Love the work that requires communication and detail reviewing of documents, but most of time, I was required to sit at a computer to accomplish the work load. The work load can get tedious."

"I enjoyed working as a Contract Documentation Specialist because it involved working with existing documentation and putting it online as well as converting an online manual from one software tool to the next. It wasn't always easy work; some of the pages of the manual were not well formatted in the original version and the transition to the new software tool often required me to make changes that I had to report to the client. I was well paid for my work while it lasted."

Documentation Specialist at Xerox
in Tallahassee, FL

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"I liked the paycheck and benefits. That's about it."

What do you like about working at Xerox?

"My co-workers at our location were great, as were many of them-off site."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is the kind of place you need to work for no more than 2 years to pad your resume. That's about it."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Utterly clueless upper management in Germantown, MD. When something went wrong with a process, they would rather have a scapegoat than review the processes. Cronyism and playing favorites abound at the Project Management level. Technology is relatively primitive, and upper management balks at investing in current software tools. Employee morale is at best an afterthought--or completely disregarded."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the Outside-the-Beltway cronies and insiders and purge the company of the taint it acquired when it bought ACS (after which ethics complaints increased four fold, which should tell you something). Actually take the time to meet the people you hire and stop using them as interchangeable parts. C-suite executives and the Board of Directors need actual vision, not buzzword laden statements that hearken back to the last time Xerox was innovative in the early 1980s. Stop eviscerating the workforce every time your stock value is threatened by earnings."

Documentation Specialist at CCS Medical

What do you like about working at CCS Medical?

"My co workers. We all get along great we are like family"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DON'T DO IT!!!! There is absolutely no growth at CCS Medical"

What don't you like about working at CCS Medical?

"They treat us like children! If you go to an employees desk for something, they want to know why you was up and they will pull your accounts to check for gaps in time!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat the employees with respect. They act as if you're a machine"

Documentation Specialist at Kinetic.theTechnologyAgency
in Louisville, KY

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"It's a good place to work. Friendly people. Relaxed business atmosphere."

What do you like about working at Kinetic.theTechnologyAgency?

"The place is relaxed, usually quiet. The work is simple and straight forward."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to read a LOT of text! Also make sure you know the In's and Out's of Microsoft Word."

What don't you like about working at Kinetic.theTechnologyAgency?

"There are three flights of stairs to reach the production room with no alternative for getting to the top floor. So those who have trouble with stairs, like me, get put on the first floor away from the rest of the team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put in a lift, an elevator, some other way of reaching the top floors. The building is not very handicap accessible."
