"Always research data! Go into websites read the companies history/background etc. Ask questions and check all that the companies has to offer."

"They need to improve the benefits for medical, dental and vision. They need to over a better package for tuition and career advancement."

"Be a little more supportive, communicative, lead by example, continue management training to enhance their management skills this way they have a better understanding of their departments."

"I worked as a contractor at NASA. It is an excellent work environment with a group of great and knowledgeable people."

"I wouldn't wast my time. Too many international conflicts with Asian factories and owner interference with job function."

"I loved the challenge of meeting the deadline proposed by the FDA and the IPR team was amazingly dynamic in their approach to this huge challenge."

"Get ready to meet some amazing people who are very inventive with product improvements and manufacturing."
What don't you like about working at Teleflex?
"Some individual could not handle the stress of this challenge and it was hard to see them struggle. I gave as much support as I could to ease their struggles, without allowing my performance to suffer."

"Ensure that the new team members and existing fulltime company members fully understand the importance of meeting the FDA required deadline. Some fulltime members thought we exaggerated the deadline until it became very close."
