"This place is on the upswing. While it may have had it's difficulty in the past it's steadily improving its processes and environment. The biggest pro (and con) for that matter is it's corporate structure. It's not anything near a traditional hierarchical structure. This is great for people who want to put their opinions out there and be hands-on in a lot of projects. Less so for people who don't want to put in effort and don't prove themselves valuable to the bottom line."
"I can't speak for the virtual side of the company but the physical products they made were subpar. They seemed to be going for a post apocalypse theme in their machines, lots of duct tape and worn out parts. They were losing contracts on a weekly basis because they would figure out how to run them properly well after getting them. DME: Doesn't Maintain Equipment. Management was not the best and the pay and PTO was insulting. They have a new owner now so maybe things will improve."
