"My position became boring to me, I am use to an ever changing environment and it became stale"

"we didn't have a 'say so' it was passed down through corporate"

"The opportunities to learn and grow my skill set through various work assignments"

What don't you like about working at Community Living Services?

"The office culture needs improvement. The leadership style is traditional and non communicative. Lacks collaboration and teamwork. Opportunity is not provided to line staff, only some management staff, therefore skill development is not occuring and people are promoted who may not have good management skills. In addition, business planning is not occurring, business strategy is reactive not proactive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A shift in the business planning through proactive strategies that diversify and sustain the business. A change in the office culture from its current management style to an open, collaborative style that encourages teamwork and offers all its employees the opportunity to learn and grow."

"Its a job, that's about all you can say working for this system."

What don't you like about working at Community Healthcare System?

"- Run like a small family business - very paternal & dictatorial, no professionalism & questionable decisions. Family & close friends are only hired into key positions. No experience & inept mgt. skills due to relationship based hiring.- Poor business practices- Lack of knowledge & leadership by senior mgt.- Not really a system, very small & backwards- No opportunity to learn from any senior mgt. given their lack of knowledge & no opportunity to grow in a paternal backwards system- Lack of system economic security due to these numerous factors"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be hard to start where to fix this place. It really would have to be blown up and true professionals brought in that weren't related to the family. Board structure would have to be completely changed to remove family members and friends. Really no hope for this place."
