"If you interviewing for a management position, great. But you'll have to master the politics game and realize that people will be friendly to your face and completely unprofessional in your absence. If you are interviewing for a non-management position, and you have even a small amount of intelligence, you will be miserable here."

"There is too much emphasis on efficiency and not enough on the actual humans performing the jobs."

"I would make a greater effort to explain myself to employees"

"The management, the lack of work hours, lack of communication with the management. The uncertainty of the company."

"There really are not any bad things about this company, I'm just a little disappointed on the money I make compared to the job I do."
