"Change, multitasking, and analytical thinking is a strong must for this position."
What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"There was limited availability for growth and development within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To come up with programs that encourage growth and development."
What do you like about working at AAA?
"The environment was fast-paced. I supervised a staff of 25 in a 24/7 production operation, and there were always issues that required immediate attention or action."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Use the advice and counsel of the human resources consultant to obtain guidance on the internal culture works."
What don't you like about working at AAA?
"The staff I supervised was resistant to any form of changing their established practices. When I first arrived, all processors worked at a single station. I saw the need for operators to be cross-trained on all processing stations. After several months of resistance, many memos to upper management explaining the need for this course of action to improve the operation, and nine months for the cross-training period, it was finally completed. Now, whenever any staffer(s) go on vacation or one or more are out sick, we have multiple options for coverage at any particular work station."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Update the IS systems used by the administrative offices. Several of their internal systems are using antiquated platforms."

"Established company but still seeking to improve processes that enhance customer experience."

"Best to have call center experience if applying for dispatch."
What don't you like about working at Spectrum?
"Not much. I had a very good career experience with TWC."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not much. They are implementing ways to educate and refresh operations from top to bottom."

"There is nothing that I do not like about this company."
What do you like about working at UPS?
"The technology is very cutting edge. It looks great on your resume. I am gaining valuable skills for the future. Some benefits are still good."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Unless you're interested in filling an EOE quota, turn around and walk briskly in the other direction, as your career growth will be stunted, that is, unless you like dead ends."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"My boss, my boss's boss, and my boss's boss's boss all e-mail me about the same thing and what tedious, stupid thing we're doing wrong. I never get anything from the aforementioned people about what I'm doing RIGHT. The benefits are being systematically reduced or eliminated. Management is being de-skilled."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Our CEO is a former CFO. We are more worried about the bottom line and stockholders than the customers. Management is too concerned about yesterday's results rather than tomorrow's plan. When we do focus on tomorrow's plan, we are too worried about numbers that don't really matter. We have too many conference calls with unprofessional language and demeaning, insulting vibes. Rarely is it recognized when you actually do something well."

"The cheapest company in the industry, they treat their employees like dirt, there are no raises, and the equipment is ancient; you are set up for failure the moment you walk into the door, it amazes me they are still in business."

"Department Managers were always in meetings and hard to get a hold of for immediate help."
