3.9Is not the happiest place on earth. No work-life balance. No respect for all you have done. You do all the work upper management takes all the credit while they sit at home. No support or tools for your work or bounces. Basically, you have to like what you do for yourself and don’t think about moving up the ladder it’s all about who you know not what you know. Backstabbing is number one on a daily basis so you need to be very cautious about who you talk to and what you share. Everyone is out to take your job and you have to be very quick in realizing what’s going on. Upper management is horrible when it comes to respect and understanding. There is no leadership. Just free pass to Disney 35 percent off at Disney store. In the end, hope to don’t get a stroke or heart attack cause most 80 percent due.
4.7I work for Disney company since 2009 i’ve been in the construction industry since 1993. I have a some certifications OSHA 10,OSHA 20 ,CPR, First aid ,confined spaces ,Ames tools, drywall hanging, framing, layout , acoustic ceiling , painting and drywall finishing. also have ability to see the jobs future progress for weeks and months to come. Good things to say about Disney but I have reached the point with the company where I can no longer grow tapped out.
3.8I worked at Disney as a consultant for almost 3 months. I assisted with their quarterly close. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to work remotely and I did not get a chance to get a good feel for Disney's work culture. Despite that, I worked with quite a few bright and intelligent individuals.
