"Is not the happiest place on earth. No work-life balance. No respect for all you have done. You do all the work upper management takes all the credit while they sit at home. No support or tools for your work or bounces. Basically, you have to like what you do for yourself and don’t think about moving up the ladder it’s all about who you know not what you know. Backstabbing is number one on a daily basis so you need to be very cautious about who you talk to and what you share. Everyone is out to take your job and you have to be very quick in realizing what’s going on. Upper management is horrible when it comes to respect and understanding. There is no leadership. Just free pass to Disney 35 percent off at Disney store. In the end, hope to don’t get a stroke or heart attack cause most 80 percent due."

Fast forward to 2020, Disney has improved my self confidence by a ton pushing me to the limits and breaking my comfort zone, making it bigger than it ever was before. Upper management were very nice to me and I enjoyed coming to work every single day."
