"Disney is a great place to work for."
"I had a great time at Disney. My team eventually got split up and became part of a huge layoff. I loved who I worked with. The atmosphere was great as it was an open environment. Everyone was friendly. Tough times for Disney though, they pretty much laid off almost all of my department."
What do you like about working at Disney Interactive Media Group?
"Willing to properly pay a spokesperson -- this was great! They also knew how to please the media -- another plus!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be positive, no matter what happens. The moment you aren't cheerful, you aren't for them."
What don't you like about working at Disney Interactive Media Group?
"Disney legal is horrible. They treat you like the enemy in the language and didn't honor its signatory obligations for this spokesperson arrangement. They would also not draw up a contract that would acknowledge my loan-out company. Additionally, I was not paid until over 90 days passed -- and I had to make several phone calls to get paid. This was disruptive in keeping a good relationship with those who did not work in payroll in order to get paid. I was told that my experience was not unusual."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Honor your signatory obligations. Stop acting like God in your legal world -- most of us can't afford to hire a lawyer for a simple contract in dealing with you."
"Disney is an excellent company to work for."
"Great place to work with great people, but unfortunately I feel that management needs to understand how to take their time in expanding the workforce so that the massive layoffs won't happen again. Also better planning for the game portfolio as not to saturate the company's portfolio with the same type of game."
"I loved it!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You aren't working for that company, you are being contracted to work at other companies."
