"If you like to do innovative work, this is not a good place to be. If you want a comfortable position that requires very little technical growth, you might be ok here."

What don't you like about working at Disney Interactive Media Group?

"The group is trending toward a sweatshop, and the company is not willing to put new projects on hold in order to allow time to reduce the massive amount of technical debt that has accrued from years of bad engineering."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dedicate some time to replacing the legacy systems, and give up on the idea of incremental updates. Also stop forcing the developers to clone the existing systems rather than improving upon them."
