"Worst company in America."
What do you like about working at Dish Network?
"Nothing at all. It's been the worst experience of my life. I thought I had jobs I disliked before but I never dreamed there could be such a horrific place in modern America."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes. Don't interview with them. Please. There is not a single happy employee at my location which employs several hundred people. Please, please don't believe what Dish says about itself or the excessively happy reviews written by fake employees. This job is like jail. You must ask permission to use the restroom, you will be screamed at for the most minor infraction, you will get no credit for all the good you do, you will be treated like one of many other numbers in a large machine, you will feel like every effort you give is eagerly accepted, never remembered and they always want more but will never reward you for it or give anything back. Work anywhere but Dish. If you value yourself, your family or anything at all, work somewhere else."
What don't you like about working at Dish Network?
"The company is constantly looking to take from you at every level, from pay to time to forced overtime of 20+ hours that allows absolutely no additional breaks or lunches allowed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Follow your own principles of pride, adventure and winning. Treat your staff like you actually want to retain them. Give to your staff the way they give to you. Stop trying to take every penny you can from your customers and your employees and maybe you'll rise above the title of worst company to work for in America."
"It's been a very stable and good company so far, but I would like to grow professionally."
"Not a very professional place to work. And they take away too many of agents sales for not very good reasons."
