"The company was separated from the workers. The direct supervisor was the only contact we had with corporate and made it difficult to learn new regulations when he failed to understand them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Know the job that you are asking your workers to do, before you ask them to do it. If you do not know how hard the job is or what will be required then how can you have expectations on time."
