"The mission statement meant something. It was everyones intention to educate through televison. The people were kind hearted."

"Know someone. It is very hard to get in."

"The harem scarem that is taking place in order to get restructured."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have less turn over. If there is turn over, try to place employees rather than tay them off. This company was a wonderful place to work in the 90's. Now there is a great deal of turnover which is creating koas and inefficinet behavior as well as fear."
