What don't you like about working at Discovery Communications?
"Discovery is good at managing it's brand-image however, the reality is that much of what you hear about working at Discovery is smoke and mirrors unless you fit into a very narrow demographic. The preferred demo is white, blond hair and age 22-38. Despite have a high profile Diversity program, it is mostly window dressing."
