"This company has been sold to Wave Broadband so interviewing with Broadstripe is moot."

"The CEO and Senior managers were not forthcoming about the status of the company."

"Be honest with the employees so they can be vested in the company."

"Be smart, smart people will interview you. Also, work culture is a big issue with them."

"Being in support, it was my responsiblity to push back on projects that were too risky, which made it hard to support a project I really liked."

"Don't push 1000 projects on 10 people, they will never be able to do all of them well."
