"Be smart, smart people will interview you. Also, work culture is a big issue with them."

"Being in support, it was my responsiblity to push back on projects that were too risky, which made it hard to support a project I really liked."

"Don't push 1000 projects on 10 people, they will never be able to do all of them well."
