Submit a Review"I loved everything about my position and cannot wait to start again. I was able to review problems and work with my team and others to come up with solutions to fix and move on. I worked with off shore suppliers and on daily/weekly basis improved the overall quality performance and cycle times."
"Fast pace and challenging work but rewarding and intriguing."
"I enjoyed nearly every aspect of the work that I performed as Director of Quality Assurance. I will keep this short and simple by saying that the one thing that I would have liked to change was the sometimes limiting nature of the decision making that I could perform. My boss was, at times, too involved with decisions that I was fully capable of making, and that he sometimes made more complicated than was necessary."
"This review is really more about BakBone Software than Quest. BakBone was acquired by Quest and then Acquired by Dell. BakBone was a great place to work, I really enjoyed my time there, upper management was great. They always listened and made sure that their employees were happy. Productivity was great even as we endured the stress of 2 layoffs. I really miss the company, but you can't go back so I'm looking ahead. Hoping to find a company that values its employees."
"I am expert in this field and have good relationship with colleague. But I have to immigrate to the USA to live with my family."

What don't you like about working at Gulfstream?
"The CEO was too willing to hire and lay off employees. He didn't understand the inefficiency and effects on the company reputation for handling business in this manner."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Surround yourself with competent or even more intelligent people than yourselves and trust them to do their jobs to the best of their ability while overseeing the progress. Listen to the suggestions for improvements and make them show you the plan and possible outcomes insteading making knee jerk reactions."
