"The out-of-touch corporate Think; these are Numbers guys who don't have a clue about what it takes to build a Bottom Line, much less, maintain it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a lesson from the successful companies out there, who rely on a Team-building environment, where every member is invaluable to the overall mission. The general manager must be a bulldog, not a wimp, in demanding of corporate that they empower the local reality, locality and variables intrinsic to each area; every location has it's unique properties and must be addressed as such."
