"Take a lesson from the successful companies out there, who rely on a Team-building environment, where every member is invaluable to the overall mission. The general manager must be a bulldog, not a wimp, in demanding of corporate that they empower the local reality, locality and variables intrinsic to each area; every location has it's unique properties and must be addressed as such."
