"It will take some time to learn the pharmaceutical/healthcare research environments."

"The environment is a little negative for my taste. Also, I feel like more could get accomplished here if we managed our people properly without making them attend numerous meetings weekly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to upper management to let the people that they hired to do their jobs. I love feedback but I was hired for my experience in sales and management. I feel like our President is a controlling person who has to have his hands on everything."
