"I love this job, bringing in new customers to a company that is only two yrs old. They never had anyone like me getting them into the 3 largest distributors and hiring 6 Mfg Rep frims. The problem is the Mgt don't understand what I just did for them is 3 months. I used my background and my personal relationship to sign everyone up. The end results will meanhuge sales. The other problem it takes the company 3 weeks to pay me. They called twice to 3 times a week to get me to work for them."

"I would recommend looking for a more honest company that is fair to people who leave."
What don't you like about working at FishNet Security?
"I think a VAR attempting to do services is a mistake. The company is not geared for the long term sales cycle."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Looking back, working for this company was a setback for my career. There was no way to advance at FishNet. Stop being cheap. Cheap parties for employees, cheap meetings for sales teams. They try to get vendors and partners to pay for everything."

"Sell and get out. You're not cut out for this. You failed once before and you're failing again."

"I was often visiting new clients and traveling across the state of Texas. Meeting new clients was exciting."

"The senior management had a very conservative business accume in regards to business development"

"I would advise that management hire quality talent and offer a generous compensation package along with providing authority to make senior level decisions without having to go through so much red tape."
