"It was an anti-Microsoft mindset at first, but they eventually came around as results were seen"

"Hire the best, don't be slow to move on new technologies and into new markets"

"The environment was nice as that was their business..to create office environments. The people were kind."

"This company is now out of business."
What don't you like about working at Space Maker Designs?
"Collecting forecasts from the sales department was like pulling teeth. The software could have been updated. I wasn't crazy about their promotion as a Christian based company regardless if I was Christian. I just didn't feel that business and religion should be mixed. The pay could have been more fair."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that they hire an industrial/organizational psychologist to evaluate the operations of the company and implement improvents."

"I beleive the corporate office has a great over-all process and package. If the outline is followed there is really no way you can fail"

"Other Express offices seem to be doing well. I would not recommend the Charleston office."

"Lack of management and direction. Office staff was not driven, poor customer service."

What do you like about working at BlumbergExcelsior?
"Fulfilling, in that I searched for a company that was limping, in Lower Manhattan after 9/11 - and found one, privately owned and loyal to 20-35-40+ year employees. So, I poured it on for them no matter how weakly they compensated me, personally. It was a challenge. Also, they were a 20-min. commute -- which was perfect for our young family (2 children born after 2000)."

"Wear shoes you don't mind getting dusty -- as the carpeting is quite nasty after decades, to be honest."
What don't you like about working at BlumbergExcelsior?
"The rugs, environment is never 'cleaned' and many of the employees would complain -- constantly, about the appearance that it was still, c. 1965 around the offices."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen, I'll answer this in person... my suggestions professionally were generally accepted -- which led to the BEST EVER sales, like using Google Adwords, improving the website, delivering online data to large customers, and my personal opinion on increasing sales per approaches, making it easier rather than harder for NEW BUSINESS, etc. etc."
