"Corporate structure tends to be unstable... Honestly do not think within the present state the economy is in, that multiple changes should occur. Can go into further detail once I'm brought in for an interview."

"Overall, management is doing a wonderful job! Its getting our voice to the higher managers."

What do you like about working at Comcast?
"Some freedom to take care of personal stuff as long as work is getting done. Meaning if I am ahead of schedule, I can take an afternoon to get personal items done that can only be done during the weekdays."

"Research the position VERY carefully. It would help if you know someone already working there to get the truth behind the position and expectations that aren't conveyed during hiring process or job description."
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"Lack of professional management. You can different answers to the same question depending on who you ask and when you ask."

"CONSISTENCY!!!! If you're going to treat some of your team a certain way, you should treat your entire team the same way."

"I worked for the SHIP as an in-home rep. It was a good job most of the time."

"The management is a good old boys network."

"Hire DSMs who actually have ethics and care about the customer, rather than just caring how they look to management."

"Don't go there unless you have no family to worry about and don't get the free cable its not free."

"The disorganization of customer service and the billing departments. The perception in the marketplace of being a gotcha company, there is always a gotcha in every sale."

"Figure out what you want to charge your customers pick some pricing and stick with it and make the package include all the boxes too.Customers don't like to guess at what their bill is going to be all the time."

"When I worked at Verizon Yellow Pages they were not quite open to innovation from employees."

"Listen to the suggestions from their employees. One of the suggestions I made back in 1999 was that they should invest more in internet advertising."
