Submit a Review"Management expects us to work 8+ hour days 7 days a week. We do not, but this job is extremely time consuming. The pay can be great if you put up good numbers, but managers do what they can to keep top performer's numbers and pay down. As an individual who once made $5000/mo or more just in commission, it is now hard to earn half that much, even when working more hours. Many hours of what could be productive work time are wasted every week attending meetings that are childish and pointless."

"Micro Managed, other departments can get in the way of a satisfied customer."

"Listen to your sales people. These people for the most part are very smart and ambitious. You'll chase the stars away with micro management."

"Team goals are set monthly, along with individual goals. We are able to assist each other in reaching company sales projections."

"If you want to interview with this company, you must be able to work on your own as well as with others. The amount of customer service accounts you maintain is solely your discretion. It is best to know your closing ration in order to know the number of prospects you should talk to in order to meet your projections."

"The branch is now closed and downsized, and many jobs were eliminated."

"Coordinate the call center to take orders more timely for customer satisfaction increase."
