"The co workers, wasn't for them would of quit long time ago."

"If u like to work and buy tools with ur money to work on there trucks, and make $15 an hour with no overtime, go head."
What don't you like about working at Penske?
"No promotions, barely a raise, get your raise insurance premium goes up, basically no raise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to treat people quit acting like its a privileage to work there."

"I learn a great deal from the people that I work for and with."

"for you to succeed here have either lots of exp or have taken diesel college"

"It was not set up for my success. Working within their programs is how they promote."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To have their training open for all not a select few, and to promote from within the shop."

"It was a Job.just over broke in the winter you could take 2-3 off during the week,becuase business was that slow..."

"Don't expect much,I was promised all kinds of schools and extra training that I quit a really decent job... No Schools,No extras..."

"No radio in shop,becuase of senior mechanic who had an Ipod stuffed in his ears"

"don't let your shop lead tell employees about all the benifits and training you will get and then don't follow through with it"
