"Even though I did the job of 8 people there, I enjoyed the experience because it gave me a ton of experience including database management, programming and design and network performance monitoring and improving. It offered a wide range of experience."
What don't you like about working at DialAmerica?
"The salary is not even at the basic level of a programmer. Because it's a college town they can really underpay you and get away with it. They have a terrible history with the Better Business Bureau and I was doing the work of about 8 programmers, because I was a fast coder, while other programmers slept and snored really loudly."

"Pay more attention to how much, or how little, work is given to each employee and keep a better eye on team leads to make sure they are assigning work evenly."

"It's very friendly environment."

"Try to be honest and be yourself. People are very friendly over there."

"Opportunities for career advancement."

"You can write your own ticket as long as you can produce results. There is no area of the company you cannot gain expertise in if you are interested in it. While there is a fairly rigid structure in some regards, there is absolute freedom to be creative in producing results within the structure."

"Minimum 60+ hour work weeks every week; 7 day a week schedules; the money didn't really match the workload and the compensation was not really tied to results."

"They were great, and I believe the compensation structure has changed since I worked there. What I have discovered since working there is that people actually perform better with balance."
