"Great company to work for if you are in the right situation. People are some of the best I ever worked with. Management is the question."

"My direct manager was way out of her league. She was promoted too fast and without the training and skill needed to be successful"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Promote individuals who are leaders amongst their peers. Not just people willing to jump through corporate hoops (training, corporate rotations, etc). Listen to the people who work with them on a daily basis."
