"Dey L.P. was one of the best jobs I have had the privilege to have. I worked with a great bunch of people. The company was very generous to both it's employees and the Napa community.I was almost completely unsupervised and was able to schedule my work without input from my immediate supervisors.My work load left me little time to sit idle, and that is what I loved. I like keeping busy, and I always was.Dey L.P.'s closure is a sad day for all the employees and the Napa community."

"I'm always honest and upfront. Be yourself. Be prepared. If you get stumped don't beat yourself up. Always appreciate a persons time for interviewing you, whether you get the job or not."

"Company moral is key. Our management didn't think of themselves as authoritative figures, they were part of the team and treated everyone equal."
