"When working in non profit you are prepared for low pay, long hours, and generally hard work. Devereux is no exception. However it is the exception in that they are extremely disorganized from the top down and management rarely wants to let alone has time to pitch in and manage issues that arise at the ground level. Meaning that you as an employee are left with a lack of leadership, little communication if any on decisions/changes, and a high turnover rate because of burnout."

"This company has been in existence for 100 years and most of the policies are that old. If you are okay with sitting steal then this is the place that you will find that type of stability."

"My commute is the hardest part but they don't discipline anyone which allows them to do what they feel without consequences. They are not made to reach for the stars and they have no drive because they feel they will always have a job."

"I would welcome innovation and have more places within the company to move up. When a person wants to grow and can't it's makes the situation very difficult"

"Unsafe environment, not a lot of employee advocacy, money is the bottom line, not effective treatement"
