"Loved my boss when I first hired on - she is the main reason I took the position. Liked the people I had to work with - mostly a group of under-appreciated, overworked really really smart people."

"There are constant shifts in organization - literally like every 3 or 4 months and these shifts result in NOTHING new. There is no vision beyond moving groups around and renaming them - no vision at all, actually. The company almost refuses to see the writing on the wall and continues its downward spiral. Also, wasn't crazy about the blatant nepotism and tendency to want a male versus female employees (boys can't have babies, remember!)-but maybe that was just in my group"

"I'd make suggestions (and often did while working there), but they wouldn't listen anyway. So many layers of inept management and no one wants to do anything differently than in 1970."
