"I had worked for Detroit Media Partnership for 22 years in advertising system. The people are nice to work with. Being a newspaper company, the future of print media does not look that bright and the company is slowly at the end of their product life cycle. I wish them well."

What don't you like about working at Detroit Media Partnership?

"There are constant shifts in organization - literally like every 3 or 4 months and these shifts result in NOTHING new. There is no vision beyond moving groups around and renaming them - no vision at all, actually. The company almost refuses to see the writing on the wall and continues its downward spiral. Also, wasn't crazy about the blatant nepotism and tendency to want a male versus female employees (boys can't have babies, remember!)-but maybe that was just in my group"
