"when you get asked your marital status or age, be sure to politely remind them it's illegal to ask such things. in my interview, I was asked not only my age, but if I was in a relationship, too."
What do you like about working at Norfolk Sheriff's Office?
"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed working there. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections."

"Just be yourself and be honest about the statements you are making."
What don't you like about working at Norfolk Sheriff's Office?
"One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. After being there for a years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company, I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions would be to put more time and thought into who you are hiring as team leaders and make sure they have enough knowledge about the business to be able to answer the team member's question."

"Great company with very good prospect. Very robust balance sheet and good structure"

"staff compensation and lead manager's suggestions are not taken serious"

"offer to help lead managers by taking thair suggestions and review the remunerations"
