"it is not that Berlin cannot fix its problems, but Berlin cannot see its problems. They treated the pillars of their organization poorly ( the employees)and it weaken the support of the entire organization."

"PASS! I have 5 family members and all have been laid off. You are better getting a job at the stadium next door, at least that's an American job that will last longer than Pratt will."

"Old men making 3x your salary, And you get laid off."

"Little Tikes is a great place to work, unfortunately that are under new management and going through alot of downsizing."
What do you like about working at Little Tikes?
"Able to design products, do market research, sketch, make models, do product testing, communicate directly with outside vendors, and bring the product to final production on the shelves."

"They have been hiring a couple women designers for girl related toys."
What don't you like about working at Little Tikes?
"They are currently under new management MGAE (California Company) who is restructuring Little Tikes. They plan on either moving everything to California, or to Mexico. I was affected by the second round of mass layoffs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Good luck deciding what is best for Little Tikes. I hope the company is still around when it's time for myself to have kids."

"My co-workers were great people. Communication was great, I was able to grow with them as my abilities expanded to fill my position."

"No, for the most part I was happy being part of the company."

"I mostly liked the guys I worked with. The work wasn't very exciting but the guys were cool."

"The work, it didn't change a whole lot from day to day."

"Learn the programs. How can you tell someone how to do something if you don't know the program yourself"
