What do you like about working at Jaco Electronics?

"I have a great working relationship with my boss, my direct reports and my co-workers. I have a high degree of freedom to make decision and impact the companies sucess."

"The company has downsized and my boss reports to the CEO. I have no room for advancement."

What do you like about working at Bang Golf?

"I liked the creative aspect of designing new and innovative golf club components and bringing them to market in a start from scratch business."

"The majority owner was short sighted in his view of what the company could become."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take advice from people from within the industry, don't try to invent what don't know"

"I overall was happy at PCL, I was applying my abilities and learned new ones."

What do you like about working at Pacific Coast Lighting?

"Being creative using my sketching abilities. We came up with ideas on our own, they would be reviewed and the ones chosen would suit the style of the company and/or collections we were designing for."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be sure of the benefits you receive, other than that, it's a decent company to work for, they do show their appreciation of their employees during the year, especially during holiday times. They allow for at least 1 1/2 days off during xmas and New Years."

What don't you like about working at Pacific Coast Lighting?

"Better benefits could have been had. Plus there was no severance pay when I was laid-ff from PCL and I had to leave the day I was notified."

"Forever grateful to Atlas, they gave me a place to work when I needed one."

What do you like about working at Disney-ABC Television ?

"Being Creative. I worked with fun people from all over the world. Very talented group."

What don't you like about working at Disney-ABC Television ?

"Not much, maybe the pver-night hours sometimes, but that's a given in the broadcasting industry and it really wasn't the late hours per se but more the safety factor of going back home late at night, that's all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just keep doing what you are doing and provide a creative and fun environment to work."

What do you like about working at General Motors?

"The people I worked with were great, and management I worked for was very organized."

What don't you like about working at Compass Group?

"Was no a full time job, type of work subcontract, hard to communicate due to large amount of people"

"I appreciate the personal interaction of a small company. Make your work place more friendly"

"The higher-ups are fun peeps; get to know them, and they'll take care of you."

What don't you like about working at Edge of Reality?

"Little opportunity to advance within the company. Most advanced openings are filled by new hires."

What do you like about working at Ellis & Watts Global Industries?

"all of the different projects great mix of diciplines and the opertunity to work on difficult projects with very compeident engineers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Engineers be prepaired to travel the world. But do not think your on vacation at all"

"do not micromanage everyone in the department. Let the managers do their jobs. no bootlicking."

"On surface it looks like a great place to work but in fact the mangement model style is bad at best"

"Try to put people in jobs they can excel at and stop using scare tactics to achieve results because everyone there wants to do a good job but you don't see it."
